BlowUp Studios provides content production services including reels, photography, podcasts, event coverage, and post-production packages as per agreed scope.
2. Quotations & Booking
All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quote. Booking is confirmed only after advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
3. Payments
Payment terms are shared in writing before project start. Unless otherwise agreed, bookings may require advance payment and remaining balance before final delivery.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a shoot is canceled or rescheduled, charges may apply based on notice period, pre-production work completed, and resource blocking.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, revisions, client response time, or unforeseen operational constraints.
6. Revisions
Packages include revisions as specified in the quote. Additional revision rounds or scope changes may involve extra charges.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely approvals, accurate information, permissions for locations/talent/music, and ensuring legal rights for all supplied materials.
8. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are shared for intended use as agreed. BlowUp Studios may use project work in portfolio or marketing unless confidentiality terms are explicitly agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform algorithm changes, or business outcomes beyond our direct production scope.
